Subscribing to Updates from the Corpay Complete Knowledge Base

Are you looking for ways to stay informed about the latest updates and changes in Corpay Complete? Subscribing to the Corpay Complete Knowledge Base is the perfect way to ensure you never miss important content, including new release notes and other valuable information.

How to Subscribe

Subscribing is easy and takes just a few moments. Follow these simple steps:

1. Visit the Corpay Complete Knowledge Base.
2. To receive timely updates, click the Corpay Complete Release Updates tile.

Note: You can sign up for updates to any tile. This article details how to subscribe to the Corpay Complete Release Updates tile, but the process applies to all tiles.

3. Click the Section Title corresponding to the updates you wish to receive, such as Production Release Notes or Upcoming Release Notes.

4. In the selected section, click the Follow button.

5. Choose one of the two following options on the Sign In page:

Note: If you are already logged into the Corpay Complete Knowledge Base, skip to step 6.

New to the Corpay Complete Knowledge Base

If you are new to the Corpay Complete Knowledge Base and do not have an existing account, click the Sign up link at the bottom left of the page.

On the Sign up to Accrualify page, enter your full name and email address. Then, click the Sign up button.

An email will be sent to your email address. Open your email account and click the Create a password link.

Enter your full name and password on the Choose your secret password page. Then, click Set password.

Existing Corpay Complete Knowledge Base Account

If you have already created an account in the Corpay Complete Knowledge Base, enter your email address and password. Then, click Sign in.

6. After signing in, click the Follow button again in the section(s) where you wish to receive updates. You can choose from the following update types:
   • New articles – Receive updates when new articles are published.
   • New articles and comments – Get notifications when new articles are published or comments are added to existing articles.

7. A confirmation dialog will display in the upper right corner of the page, and the Follow button will change to a Following button.

8. To unsubscribe from a section, click the Following button. Then, click Unfollow.

Once subscribed, you will receive regular updates directly to your email inbox from [e-mail], keeping you informed and up to date with all the latest developments.
