Corpay Complete offers a straightforward process for disabling user accounts, which is essential for maintaining company security when employees transition roles or leave the organization. This article outlines the steps to disable a user account.
To disable a user, you must have one of the following roles:
- admin_user
- application_admin
- po_admin (Legacy Corpay Complete Role)
- super_admin (Legacy Corpay Complete Role)
- system_admin
- universal_admin
- Log in to Corpay Complete.
- Click the Users module from the left-side navigation pane.
- On the Users page, use the filter fields to locate the user by Name, Email/Username, or Contact Id.
Note: Click the Toggle Filter icon to display the filter fields.
- Click the Name, Contact Id, or View icon to open the User Details page.
- Click the Disable User button.
- Click OK on the confirmation dialog.
- The following actions will take place:
- A confirmation dialog is displayed.
- The user's status changes to inactive, and the Disable User button becomes Enable User on the User Details page.
- The Users grid shows Yes in the Account Disabled? column.
