Messaging in Approvals

The Accrualify mobile app allows approvers to ask questions or request more information against any object in the approval queue. 

There are two ways to go about messaging relevant people in the app.

First, you can left swipe the object in the approvals listing page to access the Message action button there.

Second, you may message the requestor or account manager directly from the object detail page by clicking the "Message" text or icon at the top of the detail page.

Whichever method you use, you will brought to the message screen for that object.

You may add additional users to the message string by tapping the avatar icon to the left of the message field. Tapping that will bring you to the user directory page.

Search or scroll to the user you wish to add to the message string, then tap the teal "+" icon to the right of their name to add them. After writing and submitting your message to the log, the users linked to the string will be notified via email that you have sent a message to them.
