Logging In

The current release of the Corpay Complete mobile app only supports manual logins. Single Sign On customers have mobile app access since the end of 2020.

To log in manually:

1. Open the Corpay Complete app from your screen. This will automatically bring you to the login screen if you are not already logged into the app.

                    

2. Enter the email address you use for the web application and tap Continue.

3. When prompted, add the password you use for the web application to log in.

4. To save your email address so you are not required to enter each time you log in, tap on the "Remember Me" box to store your email for login.

5. Click "Sign In"

Note: Now that you have done your first login, you can use your phone's biometric function (thumb print or face recognition) to quick-enter your password each time you login. This functionality is required to be enabled on your phone for use. Simply tap on the thumbprint icon or the facial recognition icon located in the password field to use biometric login.
