This section provides information on how to upload a receipt against a card transaction. A user may upload a receipt using the web or mobile applications.
To upload a receipt using the Corpay Complete web application,
1. Log into Corpay Complete via your web browser.
2. Navigate to the Cards section, then click on the Transactions tab at the top of the page.
3. Locate the applicable transaction in the grid.
Note: Transactions with a "PUR" link are transactions that have cleared. Click on the "PUR" link in the grid associated to the transaction you need to upload a receipt to.
4. On the Purchase Details page, scroll down to the Documents section and click on the + Upload Receipt button.
5. Follow the steps to upload the applicable receipt and click Save. The image will now show in the documents section of the Purchase Detail page.
