NOTE: Some features for statements are still in development.
Accrualify's Corporate Card Module allows admins to create and pay their credit card statements through the platform. The benefit of managing your statements through Accrualify is that once a statement has been generated and paid, Accrualify will automatically relieve your credit card liability and reconciles to your credit card bank statement in your ERP.
To create a statement in Accrualify, navigate to the "Statements" tab in the Corporate Card section of the platform.
Next, click on the "+ Add" button above the grid to open the statement creation modal window.
In this window, you'll need to enter the details provided in your bank's credit card statement. Once you've entered all your statement details, click "Add Statement" to generate your new statement.
The platform will then build your statement for you by collecting all debits and credits from the entered statement period. Once this process is completed, you'll be able to view the details of the generated statement by clicking on the view () icon in the far right of the statement's row.
From this screen, you'll be able to reconcile PUR objects to your bank statement. To remove transactions, click on the unlink () icon to the right of the transaction you wish to remove from the statement. To add transactions to the statement, click on the "Add Purchase" button at the top of the purchases section.
This will open a modal window that allows you to search unlinked PUR objects by name description, date, etc.
Once you have your statement built and reconciled, you are free to pay your statement by clicking the "Pay Now" button at the top of the detail page or the green pay () icon located in the grid.
This will open a modal window for you to confirm the payment amount and date.
Enter the details as you wish, then click on Submit to send or schedule the payment.
