Associating an existing vCard to a PO

If you have created a virtual card, but have not tied it to a PO, you may do so at anytime in Accrualify. First, navigate to the "All vCards" tab in the Corporate Cards section of the platform.

Next, find the virtual card you wish to associate to a PO in the grid and click on the edit () icon to the far right of the row. This will open the same modal window used to create the virtual card. 

At the bottom of the modal window, there is a field labeled "Purchase Order." You can type in the PO number or scroll through the PO's associated to the cardholder. 

Once you have selected the PO you would like to associate to the virtual card, just click on the "Update Card" button in the bottom-right of the modal window. 

You may also associate a PO to a virtual card from the vCard detail page. 

To edit from this detail page, click on the "Edit Settings" link found in the Card Settings section of the detail page.

This will open the same modal window. Simply follow the same instructions provided for the grid-level changes.
