Accrualify pulls in several types of transactions:
Authorizations - These are charges that have been processed by the merchant, but have yet to be settled. Transactions in this stage will have a status of PENDING.
Settled Transactions - These are charges that have been fully processed and settled, meaning the merchant has received funds. These transactions will have a status of CLEARED.
Rejected Transactions - These are authorizations that have failed. The reason for the transaction failure will be found in the transaction details. These transactions will have a status of REJECTED.
Credits - These are reversed charges and payments made to your bank via a statement. Transactions with a type of "credit" will have a status of CLEARED.
All CLEARED status transactions will have an associated purchase object (PUR-####). You will see the PUR number for that transaction in both the grid and in the transaction detail page. These PUR objects are what get pushed into your ERP system as a journal entry. PUR objects will inherit the GL codes associated to the virtual card, however, you can change the GL coding at the PUR level as well.
To view transaction details, first navigate to the "Transactions" tab in the Corporate Card section of the Accrualify.
Next, click on the view () icon in the far right of the row of the transaction you wish to view. This will bring you to the transaction's detail page.
Here, you will get all the details about the transaction you would find in your banking portal.
