Knowledge Base Articles, Walk-throughs, and Quick Actions Now Available in the Web Application
We integrated an in-app help widget with access to all Accrualify knowledge base articles, select walk-throughs, quick actions to help guide you through some Accrualify functions, and the ability to contact support—all without needing to leave the Accrualify platform! To access this widget, click on the gray "help" button in the bottom-right of your screen.
Accounts Tabs Now Available In Add Payment and Credit Memo Forms
You can now add debit and credit accounts when adding new manual payments credits.
Additional Platform Updates
- Support for NACHA file payments.
- Add the ability to bulk update departments in the Bulk Actions section.
