This article explains how to resend a welcome email to a Corpay Complete user if the link in the original welcome email has expired. The new email allows users to set up their Corpay Complete account.
Note: The visibility of pages and information within Corpay Complete is based on user roles and company settings. Consequently, certain pages and information may not be visible or may only be available in a view-only format.
- Click the Users module from the left-side navigation pane.
- On the Users tab of the Users page, use the filter fields to find the desired user.
Note: Click the Toggle Filter
icon to display the filter fields.
- Select the checkbox to the left of the user’s name. Next, select the Bulk Action drop-down and click Send Welcome.
- A Welcome email sent dialog will display in the upper right corner of the page, and the user will receive a new welcome email.
