If a new user's welcome email token has expired, you can resend a welcome email with a new token so they may set up their account in Accrualify.
First, click on the "Users" link in the menu accessible from your avatar in the top right.
Next, search for the user you wish to resend the welcome email to in the grid. Click on their User ID to access their detail page.
In the top right of the user detail page, click on the "Resend Welcome" button. The system will automatically resend them a new welcome email with a valid token.
You will receive a confirmation notice that the new welcome email was sent.
Please note that organizations using SSO integration must have the Accrualify App added to their account. The user email in Accrualify must match the SSO integration account email.
