In order to approve an invoice in Accrualify, a user must be added to an approval workflow in order to receive invoices for approval.
A user can then log into Accrualify an will see an "Approvals" menu item on the left side navigation. Any invoices that require a manager's approval will appear here.
Then, select the "Invoices" card at the top of the screen.
You'll be able to see all the invoices ready for you to review and approve or reject. There are a few different ways you can approve or reject invoice from this section.
Individual approval from the approval grid
The grid will provide you the key details around the invoice at quick glance. You can add additional columns by clicking on the grid editor button () and selecting columns from the drop down.
If this view provides sufficient details about the invoice, you can click on the approve icon () or the reject icon () in the actions column to the right to quick approve the invoice.
Bulk approval from the approval grid
If there are multiple invoices you wish to approve, select the invoices you wish to bulk approve. You cannot bulk reject invoices since explanations are needed and likely to be individualized.
Once you have all invoices selected, click on the "Bulk Action" button in the top left of the screen. Select the "Approve" option from the drop down.
Approve or reject an invoice in the invoice detail screen
If you are reviewing an invoice's details, you can still approve or reject an invoice without needing to go back to the "Approvals" grid. At the top right of the invoice detail screen, you will have two buttons, "Reject" and "Approve". Click on the button that is appropriate.
