We recently updated some features in the Accrualify platform to create a better experience for you and your vendors. Key updates include:

New Email Preferences

Now your managers and workflow approvers can opt to receive a single summary email with approval requests at the end of each day rather than every time an approval request comes in. Simply go to "Update Profile" and select the "Daily Summary Email" box.

New Schedule Payments

You can now schedule a future payment post date. Select an invoice for payment and click the schedule payment button. Select your preferred payment date and confirm. Voilà!

Easy Eligible for Payment Sort Function in the Invoice Grid

Now you can more easily filter and pay approved invoices with just the click of a button. Go to the Invoice page and click on the green "Eligible for Payment" button to see all your ready-to-pay invoices.
