This article explains how to efficiently utilize the Vendor Tracker page, a tool for managing and monitoring Vendor Portal statistics for your vendors. On the Vendor Tracker page, you can:
- View a dashboard with various statistics on vendors.
- Send Complete Profile Reminder and Welcome emails for the Vendor Portal.
- Export vendors to a CSV or Excel file.
- Track which vendors have completed different parts of their profile information.
- View Vendor Portal activity information.
- View uploaded documents.
Note: The pages and information you see in Corpay Complete depend on your user role and company settings. Therefore, some content might be hidden or viewable only in read-only mode.
Accessing the Vendor Tracker Page
The Vendor Tracker page is accessed through the Vendors module.
- Log in to Corpay Complete.
- Select the Vendors module from the left-side navigation pane.
- Select the Vendor Tracker tab.
- The Vendor Tracker page will display.
Vendor Portal Stats
The Vendor Portal Stats panel displays the following information about vendors:
Metric | Description |
Total Vendors | The total number of vendors, both active and inactive. |
Vendors Without Portal Registration | This metric shows the count and percentage of vendors who have yet to register for the Vendor Portal. Click Apply Filter to display only those unregistered vendors in the Vendor Tracker grid. |
Vendors that have signed up but have not completed their profile | This metric shows the count and percentage of vendors who have registered but have not finished their profile. Click Apply Filter to view only those vendors with incomplete profiles in the Vendor Tracker grid. |
Vendors that have signed up and completed their profile | This metric shows the count and percent of vendors that have signed up and finished their profile. Click Apply Filter to view only those vendors in the Vendor Tracker tab. |
The Vendor Tracker Grid
The following table contains descriptions of the column headers and actions in the Vendor Tracker grid:

Export Vendors | Click the Export Vendors icon to download an Excel file with vendor information. |
Toggle Filter | Click the Toggle Filter icon to toggle the filter fields in the Vendor Tracker grid. |
Vendor ID | The Vendor ID column contains the identification number for the vendor. |
Name | The Name column contains the vendor’s name. Click the vendor’s name to open the Vendor Details page. |
Status |
The Status column contains the vendor’s status:

Has Contact Info | The Has Contact Info column indicates whether the vendor has successfully added company information to the Vendor Portal. |
Has Bank Info | The Has Bank Info column indicates whether the vendor has successfully added banking information to the Vendor Portal. |
Has Company Details | The Has Company Details column indicates whether the vendor has successfully added company information to the Vendor Portal. |
Last Invite Sent | The Last Invite Sent column indicates the date when the last Vendor Portal invitation was sent to the vendor. |
Last Signed In | The Last Signed In column indicates the last time a vendor signed in to the Vendor Portal. |
Required Documents | The Required Documents column indicates the number of required documents the vendor has uploaded out of the total required. |
Uploaded Documents | Click the View button to open the [Vendor Name] Documents dialog, where you can preview both required documents that have not been uploaded and uploaded documents. |
Actions (button) |
Click the Actions button to display the Actions flyout, then select an option from the list:

Columns (button) |
The Columns button opens the Columns flyout where you can add or remove columns from the Vendor Tracker grid. Checked columns are included, while unchecked ones are not.

Pagination & Item Count |
The pagination and item count features make it easy for users to find and manage vendor information. These tools allow users to control the number of items shown per page and move between pages easily.
