This article explains how to efficiently use the Vendor Contacts page, where all vendor contacts are displayed, and users can:
- View all vendor contacts.
- Add new vendor contacts.
- Send a Vendor Portal Welcome email.
- Edit vendor contact information.
Note: Users must have one of the following roles to add and edit vendor contacts: admin_vendor_contacts, admin_vendor, vendor_no_delete, universal_admin, system_admin, or application_admin.
- Download vendor contact data in a CSV or Excel format.
Note: The pages and information you see in Corpay Complete depend on your user role and company settings. Therefore, some content might be hidden or viewable only in read-only mode.
Accessing the Vendor Contacts Page
The Vendor Contacts page is accessed through the Vendors module.
- Log in to Corpay Complete.
- Select the Vendors module from the left-side navigation pane.
- Select the Contacts tab.
- The Vendor Contacts page will display.
The Vendor Contacts Grid
The following table contains descriptions of the column headers and actions in the Vendor Contacts grid:
Item | Description |
Bulk Action | Click Send Welcome from the Bulk Action drop-down to send a Vendor Portal Welcome email to either all or specific vendor contacts. |
Quick Filters |
Select the Quick Filters drop-down and choose from the following options:

+ Add | Click the + Add button to add a new vendor contact. |
Export Contacts | Click the Export Contacts icon to download an Excel file with vendor contact information. |
Import Contacts |
Click the Import Contacts icon to import vendor contacts in bulk. Note: Refer to Importing Vendor Contacts in Bulk for more information about this feature. |
Toggle Filter | Click the Toggle Filter icon to toggle the filter fields in the Vendor Contacts grid. |
Contact ID | The Contact ID column contains the identification number for the contact. |
First Name | The First Name column contains the contact’s first name. Click the contact’s first name to open the Contact Details page. |
Last Name | The Last Name column contains the contact’s last name. Click the contact’s last name to open the Contact Details page. |
The Email column contains the email address for the contact. | |
Vendor Name | The Vendor Name column contains the name of the vendor linked to the contact. Click the Vendor Name to open the Vendor Details page. |
Status |
The Status column contains the contact’s status:

Department | The Department column contains the contact’s department. |
Recently Active | The Recently Active column indicates whether the contact has accessed the Vendor Portal within the past three months.

Activated |
The Activated column indicates whether the contact has been activated in the Vendor Portal.

Click the Column Editor to display the following options:

Pagination & Item Count |
The pagination and item count features make it easy for users to find and manage vendor information. These tools allow users to control the number of items shown per page and move between pages easily.
