This article guides you on how to effectively use the Vendors page, which is the default page when accessing the Vendors module. The Vendors page is where all vendors in Corpay Complete are listed and where users can:
- View all vendors.
- Add new vendors.
- Remind vendors to complete their Vendor profile.
- Edit vendor information.
Note: Users must have one of the following roles to add and edit vendors: admin_vendor, vendor_no_delete, universal_admin, or application_admin.
- Download vendor data in a CSV or Excel format.
Note: The pages and information you see in Corpay Complete depend on your user role and company settings. Therefore, some content might be hidden or viewable only in read-only mode.
Accessing the Vendors Page
The Vendors page is accessed through the Vendors module.
- Log in to Corpay Complete.
- Select the Vendors module from the left-side navigation pane.
- The Vendors page will display.
The Vendors Grid
The following table contains descriptions of the column headers and actions in the Vendors grid:
Item | Description |
Bulk Action | Click Send Complete Profile Reminder from the Bulk Action drop-down to notify all vendors, or selected ones, to complete their vendor profile. |
Quick Filters |
Select the Quick Filters drop-down and choose from the following options:

+ Add | Click the + Add button to add a new vendor. |
Refresh List Cache | Click the Refresh List Cache icon to refresh the list of vendors in the Vendors grid. |
Export Vendors | Click the Export Vendors icon to automatically create a Vendor Listing report in the Reports module. |
Import Vendors | Click the Import Vendors icon to import vendors in bulk. |
Toggle Filter | Click the Toggle Filter icon to toggle the filter fields in the Vendors grid. |
Vendor ID | The Vendor ID column contains the identification number for the vendor. |
Name | The Name column contains the vendor’s name. Click the vendor’s name to open the Vendor Details page. |
Company Email | The Company Email column contains the company email address for the vendor. |
Total Payment Paid | The Total Payment Paid column contains the total amount that has been paid to the vendor. |
Open PO Balance | The Open PO Balance column contains the balance of all open purchase orders. |
Accrual Balance | The Accrual Balance column contains the balance of all accruals. |
Invoice Balance | The Invoice Balance column contains the balance of all invoices for this vendor. |
Status |
The Status column contains the vendor’s status:

The Vendor Type column contains the type of vendor:

Master Admin Email | The Master Admin Email column contains the master administrator email for the vendor. |
Source Document | The Source Document column shows the file ID used to upload the vendor in Bulk Operations 2.0. |

The Actions column contains the following action icons:

Click the Actions button to display the Actions flyout, then select an option from the list:

Columns (button) |
The Columns button opens the Columns flyout where you can add or remove columns from the Vendors grid. Checked columns are included, while unchecked ones are not.

Pagination & Item Count |
The pagination and item count features make it easy for users to find and manage vendor information. These tools allow users to control the number of items shown per page and move between pages easily.
