The Recurring Invoices tab is where users can create, view, edit, and delete recurring invoices.
Recurring invoices are useful for Customers who have regular, ongoing payments. These invoices can automate payments like subscriptions, rent, or utility bills, which can save time and reduce administrative tasks. Corpay Complete allows customization of recurring invoices by setting the frequency, amount, and end date to meet specific business requirements.
Note: The visibility of fields, tabs, and information in Corpay Complete is determined by a Company’s configuration and the roles assigned to users. As a result, certain pages, information, and features may not be accessible, or the information may be available in a view-only format.
Recurring Invoices Grid
The Recurring Invoices grid is where users can view and edit existing recurring invoices and add new ones.
Field | Description |
A – Quick Filters | Select the Quick Filters drop-down to choose from the following options:

B – + Add | Click the + Add button to add a new recurring invoice. |
C – Toggle Filter | Click the Toggle Filter |
D – On/Off |
Select the On/Off toggle to turn recurring invoices on or off. Note: Existing invoices that are turned off will still be viewable but future invoices will not be generated. |
E – Vendor | This column displays the Vendor’s name. Click the Vendor link to open the Vendor Details page. |
F – Name | This column displays the name of the recurring invoice. Click the Name link to open the Recurring Invoices Details page. |
G – Frequency | This column displays the frequency of the recurring invoice. |
H – # Invoices Created | This column displays the total number of invoices that have been created for the recurring invoice. |
I – Next Creation Date | This column displays the next date when invoices will be generated. |
J – End Date | This column displays the date when the recurring invoices will stop. |
K – Amount | This column displays the invoice amount. |
L – Actions (column) |

Click the Actions button to display the Actions flyout, then choose from the following options:

N – Columns (button) | Click the Columns button to display the Columns flyout. This option lets users include or exclude columns from the grid and filter them using the Search field. Checked |
