This article explains how to unlock a user account that has been disabled due to multiple failed login attempts.
NOTE: You must have one of the following roles to unlock a user account:
- admin
- application_admin
- system_admin
- super_admin
- universal_admin
When a user is locked out of Corpay Complete, the Locked column in the Users table will display Yes.
NOTE: The visibility of pages and information in Corpay Complete is based on roles assigned to users by a company as well as company configuration. As a result, some pages and information may not be visible to you or may only be available in a view only format.
- Log in to Corpay Complete.
- Select the Users menu item from the left-side navigation pane.
- On the Users page, ensure the Toggle Filter icon is selected.
- Search for the locked user by Name, Email/Username, or Contact Id in the Users table.
- Select the Name or Contact Id to open the User Details page.
- Click the Unlock User button.
- The following confirmation message will display, and the user’s account will be unlocked.
