The Payment Run Approval tab is where users can view, edit, approve, or reject payment runs.
NOTE: The visibility of fields and information in Corpay Complete is based on roles assigned to users by a company as well as company configuration. As a result, some fields and information may not be visible to you or may only be available in a view only format.
The following table describes the fields and actions on the Payment Run Approval tab.
Item | Description |
Bulk Action | Click the Bulk Actions drop-down to approve multiple payment runs. Select the checkboxes to the left of each payment run to be approved and then choose Approve from the Bulk Actions drop-down. |
Quick Filters | Click the Quick Filters button to choose from a list of pre-selected filters. |
Batch Number | The Batch Number column contains the payment run batch number. Click the Batch Number to open the Payment Run Approval Details page. |
Total Vendors | The Total Vendors column contains the number of vendors who will be paid in the payment run. |
Status | The Status column displays the payment run’s status:

Approval By Deadline |
The Approval By Deadline column contains the date by which a payment run must be approved to ensure timely vendor payment. When the Approval By Deadline is in the past, it is be red with an alert icon. By default, the Payment Run Approval table is sorted by the Approval by Deadline, oldest to newest. |
Functional Total Amount | The Functional Total Amount column shows the total amount of the payment run in the functional currency that is set up for your company’s Corpay Complete instance. |
Submitter | The Submitter column shows the name of person who submitted the payment run. If Corpay Complete automatically creates a payment run, the Submitter column will display Created by system. |
Submit Time | The Submit Time column shows the date and time of the payment run's submission. |
Action | The Action column contains the following action icons:
