This article describes how to close an accrual campaign and book accruals. To learn how to create a campaign, refer to the Creating and Sending an Accrual Campaign article.
NOTE: The visibility of pages and information in Corpay Complete is based on roles assigned to users by a company as well as company configuration. As a result, some pages and information may not be visible to you or may only be available in a view only format.
- Log in to Corpay Complete.
- Select the Accruals menu item from the left-side navigation pane.
- Select the Campaigns tab.
- In the Campaigns table, locate the campaign that needs to be closed. Search options include campaign number, name, status, service period, total vendors, total responses, or total booked.
- Open the Campaign Details page by clicking the Campaign Number, Campaign Name, or View icon.
- On the Campaign Details page, click the Close Campaign button.
- Click OK on the confirmation dialog.
- Click the Accrual Entry button to book the accrual(s).
- On the Accrual Journal Entry Details entry page, review the accrual(s). If changes are needed, click the Edit Accrual Entry button to make the necessary updates.
- Return to the Accrual Journal Entry Details page and click the Book Accruals button.
- You will see a confirmation message indicating that an Accrual Journal Entry has been booked.
