This document outlines the different reports that are available in Corpay Complete. If a required report is not listed, contact the Corpay Complete Support Team at accountmanagement@corpay.com for assistance.
Report Types
Note: The availability of reports and the associated transaction data in Corpay Complete is based on user roles and Company configuration. As a result, certain reports may not be visible to you.
General

Audit Log Report |
The Audit Log report is a large report containing all actions that have occurred on the account in the filtered time span. Note: This report may require more time to download because of the large amount of data included. Selecting shorter data ranges can reduce the processing time for this report. |

Catalogue Item Listing | The Catalog Item Listing report provides a list of catalogue items based on various filters such as Vendor, product name, and subsidiary name. | CSV, XLSX |
Comment Listing | The Comment Listing report can generate a list of all comments and communication added to or associated with a particular object, such as purchase order, invoice, or other Corpay Complete object. The comments can also be filtered by date. | CSV, XLSX |
Contact Listing | The Contact Listing report provides a list of contacts in Corpay Complete. Users have the option to list Vendor contacts, Company contacts, or all contacts. | CSV, XLSX |
Department Approvers Listing Report | The Department Approved Listing Report provides a detailed overview of individuals authorized to approve actions within the organization, along with their respective approval levels. | CSV, XLSX |
Document Listing | The Document Listing report provides a comprehensive list of documents created in Corpay Complete, filtered by date. It includes details such as the upload date, document creator, and file type. | CSV, XLSX |

Sync Error Listing | The Sync Error Listing report provides a list of all sync errors that occur due to integration issues between Corpay Complete and an ERP through an application programming interface (API). This report includes the reasons for the sync errors, filtered by date. | XLSX |

Line Item Aggregate Listing | The Line Item Aggregate Listing report lists line items specific to a purchase order date, purchase order status, or Vendor. The report provides each line's purchase order detail, including quantity, unity price, and line total. It also provides matched invoice fulfillment information, such as quantity, unit price, and line total. Line Item Match Listing |
The Line Item Match Listing report lists line items specific to a purchase order date, purchase order status, or Vendor. The report provides purchase order details for each line item, including quantity, unit price, and line total. It also provides matched invoice fulfillment information, such as quantity, unit price, and line total. Note: This report will duplicate lines if a line item is fulfilled by more than one invoice. |
