Adding a New Accrual (non accrual blast):
In the accrual view click: Add Accrual -> once all pertinent data has been completed hit “Submit” NOTE: you must associate an accrual to a vendor or PO minimum.
Editing an Existing Accrual:
Open the Accrual desired -> Click on Edit Accrual
Associating Accrual to an existing Invoice:
Open Accrual desired -> Click on Match Invoice -> Select an unassigned invoice -> Submit
Associating Accrual to an existing PO:
Open Accrual desired -> Edit Accrual -> Click on PO box and a list of PO’s will populate -> Submit NOTE: if there are no PO’s associated to the vendor the drop down menu will be blank.
Changing Accrual Default Codification:
There are two ways to do this:
- Bulk Update -> must download PO detail then upload using templates
- Open desired Accrual -> click “Edit Accounts” -> Save when complete
Accrual Detail View:
In the Accrual Details view you are able to see all associated Submitter/PO/Invoices/etc
New = A newly created Accrual either from an Accrual blast or an upload. This status is not pushed to ERP
Pending = Out for approval N/A for initial release
Open = accrual is ready and waiting for association to invoices/PO’s
Closed = An invoice has been applied to the full total of the accrual or it is manually closed.
