Upload Templates & Instructions:
Template Location:
Uploads templates are located within the Accrualify Admin module under "Templates"
Load Order:
Upon initial implementation data should be loaded in the following order:
- Vendors
- Contacts - Internal - May assign 1 internal contact to a vendor
- Contacts - External - Should assign to the vendor ID you can have multiple external contacts to each vendor
- PO’s - Should assign the internal contacts to PO - Do not assign a vendor contact to the PO unless desired. (PO’s can be loaded without a vendor associated – blanket/orphaned PO’s)
- Accruals - Assign to either a PO or the vendor (at a minimum vendor is required)
- Invoices - Assign to either a PO or the Vendor (Invoices can be loaded without a vendor or PO)

Codification for all templates:
In order to load codifications, you should enter it as follows:

You would need to enter the Account number and either a % of the total invoice or the actual amount you want in each account. Please note the templates allow you to add up to 15 different Accounts at once.
Column Headers:
Please Note that Column Headers are very important that you match the headers exactly as they appear in the templates otherwise the system will not load the data.
Bulk Operations:
Once the templates are ready to load you can either upload new data or "update" existing records as follows:
Upload NEW Data: go to Bulk Operations ->Bulk Import - Select the file and follow the instructions. If there are any errors in the upload the system will inform you.
Change Existing Data: go to Bulk Operations - Bulk Update - Select the file and follow the instructions. NOTE: there must be a vlookup field such as Vendor Name, Vendor ID, etc.
