Accessing Corpay Complete Web

This article discusses how to access Corpay Complete Web with the following multifactor authentication services:

• Okta Verify
• Google Authenticator

Submit a Corpay Complete support ticket if you need your account reset or do not know your username or password.

NOTE: Single Sign On (SSO) users must log in through their company portal and contact their administrator regarding issues with credentials.

Accessing Corpay Complete with Okta Verify

To access Corpay Complete on your computer using the Okta Verify authentication service:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to Corpay Complete.

2. In the E-mail or Username field, enter your email or username.

3. Click the Continue button.

4. Enter your email or username in the Username field on the Sign In page.

5. Click the Next button.

6. On the Verify with your password page, enter your password, and then click the Verify button.

7. On the Verify it’s you with a security method page, select the Enter a code button or Get a push notification button.

a. If you selected the Enter a code button, open the Okta Verify app on your mobile device.

b. Enter the Okta Verify code in the Enter code from Okta Verify app field on your computer.

c. Select the Verify button.

OR

a. If you selected the Get a push notification button, select the Yes, it’s me button on the Okta Verify app on your mobile device.

8. The Corpay Complete Dashboard page will display.

Accessing Corpay Complete with Google Authenticator

To access Corpay Complete on your computer using the Google Authenticator service:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to Corpay Complete.

2. In the E-mail or Username field, enter your email or username.

3. Click the Continue button.

4. Enter your email or username in the Username field on the Sign In page.

5. Click the Next button.

6. On the Verify with your password page, enter your password, and then click the Verify button.

7. On the Verify with Google Authenticator screen, enter the temporary code from your Google Authenticator application.

8. Click the Verify button.

9. The Corpay Complete Dashboard page will display.
