1. Login to the system
2. Go to the invoice in question
3. If your company has setup automated workflow there are two ways of starting the approval process
Method 1: Automated workflow approval
This method will follow your approval process as setup during implementation. While in the invoice detail press the start approval button and the process will commence.
Method 2: Manual approval
This method allows the admin to select the approver(s) from the user list manually. While in the invoice detail click on the request approval button.
A pop up window will show up. Select the desired approver and any desired note. An e-mail will then be sent to that approver. You can select as many approvers as needed.
