Vendor Portal consists of 9 tabs
- Dashboard Tab -
- Dashboard tab gives you true picture of your customer's account . It displays your cusotmer's top 5 Open/unpaid Invoice in form of a hollow pie-chart on basis of your each customer.
- It displays list of your active PO's.
- It also shows you the list of all your Outstanding invoices submitted to your customers.
- You can also view the overall $ amount currently due from all your customers and how much amount is yet to be received.
- Thus you can also calculate the performance of your customers.
- You can check the status of your profile on Dashboard. Completing your profile is very important. Actionable Items displays the list of items pending as well as completed for your profile.
- There is an Submit Invoice button on Dashboard page to submit invoice to your customers.
- Last but not least, there's a section "Need any Help" to help and guide you in using vendor portal account by submitting your query to our support team or to refer our Knowledge Base
- Customer's Tab
- Customer tab displays the list of all your customers. On clicking on your customer name, you can view all the details of your customer.

- Accruals Tab
- Accruals Tab display the list of accruals/estimates submit to your customer. On clicking on accrual no., you can view the complete details of accrual along with the status of that particular accrual.
- There's a "Submit Accrual" button which helps you in submitting estimates of services provided to your customer.
- There is also a sub tab "Accrual Requests" which displays the complete list of accrual submission requests received from your customer.
- Invoices Tab
- Invoices tab displays the complete list of all invoices submitted to your customer. It also displays the outstanding balance and current status of your invoice.By clicking on the invoice number, you can view the complete information related to your invoice alongwith bank details submitted along with invoice and any payments made against your invoice.
- There's a "Submit Invoice" button which helps you in submitting invoice to your customer.
- There is also a sub tab "Invoice Requests" which displays the complete list of Invoice submission requests received from your customer.
- Payments Tab
- Payments tab consists of list of all payments done by your customer against the invoices
- By referring column status, you can check the current status of payment being remitted to you.
- On clicking the payment number, you can view the complete details of payment done by your customer like payment amount, bank account #, Invoice details against which payment is done,Payment Apply amount etc.
- You will get auto-notified when a payment gets processed to your bank account. You can refer transaction id and transaction date to check with your bank
- Purchase Orders Tab
- Purchase Orders tab consist of list of all PO's submitted by your customer. It also displays the Gross PO amount and current Open balance of PO. The status of PO is too displayed on list page.
- On clicking on PO number, you can view the complete details of PO alongwith any accrual or invoice submitted against the PO.
- Contacts Tab
- Contacts tab displays the list of all your company's contacts linked to your vendor portal account.
- It also displays the list of contacts registered at your customer's side as point of contact.
- Support Tab
Support tab redirect you to submit any query or request to Accrualify support team. - Settings Tab
- Setting tab helps you to setup and manage your company profile at vendor portal.
- You can submit your bank information used for receiving payments from your customers.
- Also it will help in submitting your company details and W-9 form to your customer.
