This article explains how to access the Corpay Complete Vendor Portal for the first time.
NOTE: All vendors must be sponsored by a Corpay Complete purchaser or customer to gain access to the Vendor Portal.
If a customer uses Corpay Complete for vendor management, you can ask the AP department to add you to their Vendor Portal. Alternatively, you can ask to be added as a master vendor by contacting completevendor@corpay.com.
- An email will be sent to you from noreply@corpay.com. The email’s subject line will be Welcome to the Vendor Portal.
- Click the set up your account button.
- Click the Set up button in the Password section of the Set up security methods screen.
- Enter your password in the Enter password and Re-enter password fields on the Set up password page.
- Click the Next button.
- Click the Set up button in the Okta Verify section of the Set up security methods page.
- On your other device, such as a mobile phone, download the Okta Verify app from the App Store® (iPhone® and iPad®) or on Goggle Play® (Android® devices).
- Open the Okta Verify app on your device.
- Select Organization from the Choose Account Type page.
- Click the Skip button on the Add Account from Another Device? page.
- Select Yes, Ready to Scan button on the Do You Have Your QR Code? page.
- Align your device’s camera on the QR code on the Set up Okta Verify page on your computer.
- Okta Verify will be configured and then you will be automatically redirected to the Set up security methods page.
- Click the Continue button.
- Review the Corpay Complete Terms and Conditions and click the Agree button.
- You will be directed to the Corpay Complete Vendor Portal.
